Robert Half's client, a retail company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Digital Designer to support a diverse portfolio of projects.. This role will focus on producing high-quality digital assets (emails, web banners, social media graphics, website assets) and print materials that align with brand standards and contribute to the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and eager to develop their skills while bringing concepts to life from brief through production.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary focus of this role will be creating catalogs, web banners, email campaigns, social media graphics, and website assets. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is highly preferred, as these are the programs used most frequently on a daily basis.
- Develop creative concepts based on project briefs and execute designs across print and digital channels
- Create and support projects including product launches, point-of-sale materials, event marketing, signage, editorial layouts, and promotional campaigns
- Resize and adapt approved designs while maintaining brand consistency
- Perform photo retouching, including color correction, masking, and image enhancements
- Prepare press-ready files according to print specifications
- Ensure all materials meet legal and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support additional design needs as required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools such as Monday.com
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills working with platforms like Monday.com or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; portfolio required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong layout design and typography skills
- Experience creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
