Digital Asset Technology Program / Project Manager

CornerStone TTS | High-Impact FinTech & Payments Initiative

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Preferred | Open to Remote – EST Candidates Only)

CornerStone TTS is partnering on a cutting-edge digital asset and payments transformation initiative at the forefront of financial technology. We’re seeking a senior-level Program/Project Manager who thrives in complex, emerging tech environments and can drive execution across digital assets, tokenization, and next-gen payment rails.

This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of blockchain innovation, enterprise payments, regulatory strategy, and platform engineering—ideal for someone who can translate ambiguity into structured delivery and bring emerging concepts like stablecoins and tokenized deposits into real-world application.

What You’ll Be Driving

You’ll take ownership of a multi-workstream digital asset program, guiding initiatives from early-stage concept through proof-of-concept and production readiness. This includes aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing external fintech partnerships, and ensuring execution across technical, regulatory, and operational domains.

What Makes This Opportunity Compelling

Exposure to enterprise-scale digital asset strategy (stablecoins, tokenized deposits, modern payment rails)

Direct interaction with executive stakeholders and innovation task forces

Hands-on influence in shaping future-state financial infrastructure

Collaboration with top-tier fintech partners, platform providers, and internal engineering teams

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Program Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery across digital asset initiatives—from strategy through implementation

Build and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones

Drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams (technology, legal, risk, operations, partners)

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Serve as the central hub across enterprise stakeholders and innovation teams

Partner with engineering to define solution flows, architecture considerations, and integration strategies

Ensure alignment, accountability, and visibility across all workstreams

FinTech & Vendor Ecosystem Management

Coordinate with external partners including payment networks, blockchain platforms, and cloud/wallet providers

Manage deliverables, technical artifacts, and evaluation processes (build vs. buy vs. partner)

Ensure seamless collaboration between internal SMEs and external innovators

Executive Communication & Governance

Translate complex program activity into clear, concise executive-level updates

Develop materials for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions

Surface dependencies, tradeoffs, and strategic considerations effectively

Risk & Regulatory Alignment

Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to align delivery with evolving regulations

Track governance milestones and ensure proper documentation and oversight

Integrate regulatory considerations into program planning and execution

Ideal Background

We’re targeting candidates who bring both deep program leadership experience and strong domain knowledge in modern payments or digital assets:

10+ years leading complex technology programs, ideally in financial services or payments ecosystems

Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, or real-time payment rails (RTP, FedNow, ACH, wires)

Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Experience working with external fintech partners, vendors, and platform providers

Strong understanding of regulated environments, risk frameworks, and compliance considerations

Ability to bridge technical concepts and business strategy into executable plans

Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
