Digital Agency Account Manager

JWeis Marketing
Houston, TX

The Role

We aren’t looking for a passive account manager who just watches dashboards. We need a Senior Media Buyer who acts as the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will be the primary person driving ROI for our clients. General Contractors (GCs), who expect leads and results.

In this role, you own the client relationship and the performance of their paid social. You are the one pulling the levers in Facebook Ads, overseeing the performance for Google & LSA, and ensuring our creative team is building assets that actually convert. You make our clients' phones ring and then prove the ROI using data.

What You’ll Own

  • Facebook Ads: Launching, managing, and aggressively optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns to ensure maximum lead flow for 20–40 clients.
  • The Full Client Lifecycle: Serving as the "Client Success Manager" and primary point of contact. Onboarding them, keeping them happy, and keeping them scaling.
  • Strategic Oversight: Monitoring Google LSA and Google Ads performance to ensure a holistic lead-gen strategy, even if your primary focus is on Meta.
  • Technical Onboarding: gaining access to Facebook, Google Ads, LSA, and Domain hosting without any issues.
  • Creative Direction: Translating campaign data into briefs for our media house to ensure our authoritative ads stay fresh and high-performing.
  • The ROI Proof: Leading monthly client meetings to review performance and quantifying lead quality using GoHighLevel.

Who This Is For

  • You are a Facebook Specialist: You know the Meta algorithm inside and out. You know when to pivot, when to scale, and when to kill a creative.
  • You are a Relationship Builder: You can talk shop with a General Contractor, explain complex data simply, and maintain trust through consistent communication.
  • You are Technical: You can navigate between Business Managers, tracking pixels, and CRM integrations.
  • You are a Multi-Tasker: Managing a large portfolio doesn't scare you; it excites you because you have a system for everything.
  • You are result-oriented: You understand that "impressions" don't pay the bills, signed contracts do.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Facebook Ads for lead generation.
  • Preferably experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Ads strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing a high-volume client portfolio (20+ accounts) in an agency setting.
  • Preferably experience with GoHighLevel for tracking, lead quantification, and reporting.
  • Full-time in-office availability at our Sugar Land, TX headquarters.
