Description

Diesel technician will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of onion and garlic harvesting equipment. This position requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems while working in a shop and field environment. Experience in fabrication/welding is also a plus.Experience with ag, farm and heavy equipment is a plus, as well as experience working with diesel engines, being able to tear down and build back. Ideal candidates would be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices and having worked in food manufacturing.This position is to help support field operations during the busy season, which is currently underway. There are multiple openings and work is slated to run through the fall, with strong prospects for being hired long term. Must be open to travel and field work once converted.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
