This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered buses and related systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will work with diesel engines, transmissions, air brake systems, hydraulics, and other critical components, using your mechanical expertise to keep a fleet in top working condition.

You will join a stable operation offering consistent, year-round work on a Monday–Friday day shift, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Work Environment
This position is based in a professional maintenance shop environment focused on servicing buses and heavy vehicles. You will work primarily on a Monday–Friday day shift with consistent, year-round hours. The shop is equipped for diesel engine, transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and air brake system work, and you will use standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment daily. Compensation is structured as an hourly wage rather than flat rate, with defined technician levels. Training and testing for ASE certifications and CDL Class B are provided and paid for by the company, supporting a structured, growth-oriented environment. Standard shop attire and appropriate personal protective equipment are expected to ensure safety while working around heavy equipment and machinery.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
