We’re Hiring: Deskside Technician – End User Computing
Location: Bartlesville, OK (On-Site)
Looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic IT support environment? We are hiring a Deskside Technician – End User Computing to provide hands-on technical support and ensure a seamless end-user experience across corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite technical support and meet defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Support mobile devices and end-user computing platforms
• Configure network connectivity (LAN/WAN, printers, scanners)
• Handle break/fix support and preventive maintenance
• Provide VIP user support and ensure high service quality
• Track and manage incidents using ticketing systems
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in Deskside / EUC support
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 deployment & support
• Knowledge of imaging tools like SCCM / MDT
• Understanding of network connectivity and system configuration
• Experience in backup & recovery tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🎓 Certifications:
• A+ Certification (preferred)
