A company in the data center / digital infrastructure industry is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to support commercial and technology transactions and lead legal support for customer and partner agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and customer agreements
Advise internal teams on legal and business risks
Maintain contract templates and legal processes
Support data center and infrastructure-related transactions
Manage legal staff supporting sales and commercial operations
Qualifications:
JD and active U.S. law license
~10+ years commercial / transactional experience
Experience with technology, cloud, or data center agreements preferred
