What You Will Do
Coordinate movement of pre-production hardware between manufacturing and test locations withinmainly CedarRapids, IA and Coralville, IA location
Collect raw data from various sources, including SAP, and provides filtered and formatted reports in MS Excel, MSPowerpoint, and MS Access to the Operations Program Manager or other management weekly, monthly or as requested
Prepare, update and monitor spreadsheets for tracking build status and procurement status
Performs as primary focal point coordinating and reporting status and problem resolution during the pre-release, release, and revision of product – works closely with Engineering development teams and Manufacturing teams
Coordinate the set-up of project meetings and may lead meetings
Build productive working relationships in the organizationin order toobtain or provide information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
May act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for prototype/pre-production hardware builds
May take meeting minutes and track action items to closure

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
