As a General Dentist, responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning and case presentation
  • Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
  • Extractions and basic surgical procedures
  • Preventative care and patient education
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a generous guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonuses based on 33% of net production. Associates in this role have historically earned approximately $225,000+ annually after bonuses.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to quality patient care
  • Clinical experience preferred, strong new graduates encouraged to apply
