We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art surgical implant practice. This is a key role at the center of our team—ideal for someone who thrives in a technology-driven, patient-focused environment and is passionate about both clinical excellence and personal growth.

Our practice is led by Board-Certified Periodontists and built on a foundation of innovation, integrity, and appreciation. We are looking for someone who not only brings strong skills, but also a positive attitude, leadership mindset, and commitment to long-term success.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Strong experience as a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or Scheduler in a specialty or surgical dental setting (implant experience preferred)
  • Ability to confidently present treatment with clarity, empathy, and integrity
  • Comfortable with advanced technology including 3D imaging, digital workflows, scanners, and implant systems
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the business side of dentistry
  • Natural leader who motivates others and contributes to a positive, growth-focused culture
