Our Blend of BenefitsReporting to the COO India and MEAI Supply Chain Manager, the Demand Planning Manager India is responsible for managing the Edrington India demand planning team and processes for optimising the supply and stock availability, target service levels and levels of forecast accuracy for the region. Key activity includes gathering business input, aligning supply with production and sales timelines, ensuring compliance and documentation standards, analysing forecast accuracy, root-cause analysis and managing the monthly CBP meeting. Additional responsibilities include 3PL and CHA management and FSSAI liaison.
Make an ImpactWe’re looking for someone confident with SAP APO (as a Key User), experienced in SAP Material Management, and comfortable using statistical forecasting models and system alerts. You’ll bring solid experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in the liquor industry, with strong team‑leadership skills and the ability to partner effectively with 3PL and warehousing providers. Familiarity with customs, compliance and labelling requirements is important, along with strong Excel skills and ideally PowerBI. You’ll need strong influencing abilities, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, communicating confidently in English and Hindi.
