CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

RATE RANGE: $95/hr - $120/hr W2� **Depends on experience and benefits chosen**

LOCATION: Onsite in Aurora, CO 80011 (no relocation package)

DURATION: Contract to Hire

GeoLogics is currently seeking a Principal Database Administrator to join a talented team that develops enhancements and modifications to existing software systems. The successful candidate will provide database administration to high priority infrastructure/systems.� � �

�

RESPONSIBILITIES�

Database administration of servers in cluster and container environments running a variety of applications to include Ubuntu Linux.�

Work will include refinement of database architecture design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and urgent troubleshooting efforts.�

Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on PostGRES databases.

Perform planning, coordination, and execution of database installations and upgrades and patches.�

Respond to all database related work requests, including working with system maintainers, system engineering analysis, and integration efforts.

Maintain and update design and database schema documentation.�

The work environment fluctuates between routine and urgent, depending on ongoing tasks, priorities, and performance of assigned systems.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Bachelor Degree Preferred
