POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assessing current systems and developing process improvements to create more efficient outcomes relative to customer satisfaction, employee optimization and compliance with HUD guidelines, divisional programmatic requirements and CHA policies and goals. This position will assist in the department’s daily use and maintenance of data contained in the property management system (currently YARDI). This role will also participate in the NIMP process utilization, as well as interface directly with HUD systems in accordance with regulations. Critical analysis, problem solving, and the ability to develop solutions independently are essential components for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Policy or Public Administration, or a related discipline. Must possess a minimum of two years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. This position requires a working knowledge of CHA policies and procedures, advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, including the application of different evaluation strategies and design of data collection instruments. Comprehensive knowledge of the various components of the property management system to generate queries and reports to support oversight of property management.

Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000
