Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCIclearedData Integration & Security Specialist - Journeymantosupport this missionatPope Army Airfield, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As aData Integration & Security Specialist - Journeyman,you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Possesses and appliesexpertisein implementing andmaintainingsecure data integration and security practices for C2ISR operations at the site level, from a technical perspective.
- Independently implements and enforces technical security measures for the ingest, processing, formatting, uplink, downlink, and distribution of sensor data, ensuring compliance with RMF, classification levels, and site-specific security guidelines.
- Develops and refines technical procedural security strategies for data handling within the C2ISR infrastructure, configuring data loss prevention (DLP) tools, encryption technologies, and secure protocols for data in transit and at rest.
- Manages technical aspects of Operations Security (OPSEC) programs related to data,identifyingand mitigating potential information disclosure vectors in data processing and integration systems.
- Assistin cataloging andidentifyingCritical Information (CI).
- Troubleshoots data security and integration issues at the site,identifyingtechnical root causes of non-compliance or breaches (e.g., misconfigured data pipelines, unauthorized access attempts), and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinates with site security and IT teams to ensure physical and logical security controls are harmonized for data processing and storage assets at the site, including secure network configuration and server hardening.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in managing data security for site operations, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of C2ISR information through technical implementation.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaData Integration &Security Specialistor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of5years’experiencewitha BA/BS or3years’ experience with a MA/MS or 1years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' w/o degree or 7 years' experience with an AS/AA degree
- A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship isrequired
- DoD 8140 role for WRC: 531; Element: CS; Work Role: Cyber Defense Incident Responder; Proficiency Level: Intermediate / ability to obtain
DesiredQualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
