AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Data Engineering Team for a 10-week internship. Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Data Engineering Team.
About the Roadways College Internship Program:
Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:
Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives
Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image
Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change,cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust
What You’ll Do
Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leaders
Attend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skills
Create and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools, but not limited to PowerPoint
Network with executives and senior leaders across different business units
Participate in team building and volunteer events
Communicate findings clearly and succinctly to technical and non-technical audiences;
Analyze data sets, develop data pipelines, and test the process
Document and present the analysis/solutions to the team
What You’ll Need
Must be a rising or graduating Senior enrolled in a college/university with an emphasis in a major or similar
A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally
Proficiency with SQL and the ability to do data analysis
Proficiency in coding in either Python or Java
A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally
Internship Eligibility:
Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 8th through August 14th, 2026
Must commit to working full-time, 40 hours per week
Must be willing to commute to the office daily
