About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data platforms and pipelines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance data solutions that support both operational and analytical business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the full data lifecycle, including ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, data modeling, integration frameworks, and Master Data Management (MDM).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Management solutions.
• Strong experience building end-to-end data pipelines across ODS, Staging, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Middleware, and MDM environments.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Strong expertise in Data Warehousing concepts, including:
• 3NF (Third Normal Form) modeling
• Dimensional modeling
• Star and Snowflake schema design
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), API integrations, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
• Strong SQL and data processing skills with focus on performance optimization and scalability.
• Experience implementing data quality and governance practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
