I’m currently working with four Dallas firms that are actively looking to add litigation associates and would welcome strong candidates with hands‑on real estate, business, and general litigation experience.
Role One
- 3–5 years of experience in high‑stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement
- Significant focus on matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ
- Collaborative team with meaningful responsibility and client exposure
- Compensation: $260k+ based on experience plus a discretionary bonus
Role Two
- Chambers–Ranked highly sophisticated boutique firm with collegial environment. They are big-firm lawyers in a boutique practice.
- Firm is looking for a Commercial Litigator with 2-5 years of experience.
- You will be working on cases in business litigation, employment law,
entertainment, and real estate.
- Salary range is $200k+ based upon experience and a discretionary bonus. The requirement for hours is 1600.
Role Three
- Senior litigation associate
- 1700 billable hour requirement
- Hands‑on role handling complex matters with meaningful responsibility
- Collaborative firm that actively mentors associates in business development
- Clear focus on long‑term growth and path to partnership
- $200k base, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus
Role Four
- Real estate, business, and commercial litigation practice
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Hands‑on role handling sophisticated disputes with meaningful responsibility
- 1800 billable hour requirement
- Collaborative environment with strong client exposure
- Compensation: $175k–$180k, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus
