This position plays a vital role in supporting customer relationships and operational excellence across the Customer Service function. You will manage an assigned customer territory, respond to high volumes of inbound communication, prepare quotes and orders, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales performance, and the overall success of the organization.
