We’re hiring Full-Stack Customer Success Managers who:

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle
  • Operate like CEOs of their book of business
  • Are accountable for revenue outcomes, not just activity

This is not a support role.

 This is a growth and retention role with real ownership.


Your Mission

Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring every customer:

  • Launches successfully
  • Sees measurable ROI (“Dandy Dollars”)
  • Expands their investment over time

You are the single owner of customer success from Day 1 to renewal and beyond


What You’ll Own 

 Launch

  • Lead fast, clean, revenue-focused onboarding
  • Activate key features (web chat, surveys, listings)
  • Define and align on measurable ROI with customers


 Retention

  • Own all cancellation conversations (no escalations)
  • Diagnose root causes and execute save strategies
  • Use data and ROI to reinforce value


 Expansion

  • Identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Drive multi-location and product adoption
  • Grow your book to offset churn and exceed targets


 Book of Business

  • OwnershipYou are the CEO of your accounts
  • Full accountability for:
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Gross Retention (GRR)
  • Expansion revenue
  • Launch success rate
  • What This Role Is NOTNot ticket-based support
  • Not siloed onboarding or renewals
  • Not reactive customer service

 This is a revenue-driving, customer-facing operator role

  • You tie everything back to revenue outcomes
  • You prevent churn before it happens
  • You consistently grow your accounts

 Compensation & Incentives

  • This role is performance-driven and aligned to impact
  • Commission tied directly to Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Minimum performance baseline: 102% NRR
  • Scalable earnings with higher NRR performance
  • Launch success required to unlock incentives

 What You Bring

  • Experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to handle retention conversations and objection handling
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
  • SMB experience is a plus
