The Role
This is not a passive support job. As a Customer Success & Growth Associate, you’ll sit at the center of onboarding, adoption, and revenue support. You’ll work directly with the COO and interact daily with founders, recruiting leaders, and enterprise teams.
You will:
- Drive onboarding and workflow setup
- Guide customers through ATS and BC-Agent activation
- Monitor adoption and prevent churn before it happens
- Support inbound demo requests and discovery calls
- Maintain clean HubSpot data and pipeline hygiene
- Coordinate with Product/Engineering on issues and feedback

What You’ll Own
Onboarding & Adoption
- Run smooth onboarding sessions
- Track milestones and remove blockers
- Ensure customers hit usage targets early
Customer Support
- Respond quickly and professionally
- Troubleshoot issues
- Document everything clearly in HubSpot
Revenue Support
- Manage inbound demo requests
- Conduct initial discovery calls
- Keep follow-ups tight so no deal stalls
What Success Looks Like
- Customers go live fast
- Adoption increases month over month
- Renewals feel proactive
- Response times are strong
- HubSpot stays clean and actionable
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in Customer Success, Recruiting Ops, Account Support, or HR Tech
- Familiar with ATS platforms or recruiting workflows a plus
- Experience using HubSpot a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup
- Able to work onsite in Evanston
Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS or AI tools.
