Customer Service Coordinator 1

Responsible for diligently validating and accurately entering sales orders under general supervision to ensure data quality, completeness, and timely customer delivery, while monitoring order flow, adhering to standard procedures, intervening as needed, generating monthly reports, and supporting requests in line with established protocols.

Your role:

  • Reviews, validates, and accurately enters sales order data upon receipt to ensure completeness, data quality, and correct determination of delivery dates.
  • Confirms order details and delivery timelines with customers, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors sales order progress end‑to‑end (from creation through delivery and invoicing), intervening as needed to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Adheres to standard procedures while generating monthly order reports and supporting related requests such as returns, credits/debits, and delivery assessments in accordance with established protocols.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in related roles.
  • You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
  • Your skills include knowledge in Supply Chain Management, ERP and Order Management systems, CRM tools, data management and analysis, documentation/reporting, and order fulfillment processes, preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite position in Colorado Springs, CO.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Colorado Springs, Colorado is $17.67 - $23.56, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
