The Customer Support Representative serves as a primary point of contact for members and support our growing client by answering customer inquiries via email and phone, as well as initiating membership renewal and/or inquiry follow-up calls or correspondence to customers and members as needed.

$20/hr. Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Training is fully onsite for the first few weeks, then candidates can transition to hybrid (M/W/Th in office, Tue/Fri remote).
