The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides comprehensive order management, quotation processing, and customer support within a semiconductor business environment. The role partners closely with sales, customers, distributors, and overseas manufacturing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, backlog management, and responsive service.

Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency)
The expected base salary range for this position in Pleasanton, California is $60,154–$77,000 per year, with actual compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role is aligned to Radford Job Code CS.CSMF.P2 at the P2 experienced individual contributor level and is positioned at approximately the 50th percentile of Bay Area semiconductor customer operations market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off, holidays, and sick leave in accordance with California law.
