Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides comprehensive order management, quotation processing, and customer support within a semiconductor business environment. The role partners closely with sales, customers, distributors, and overseas manufacturing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, backlog management, and responsive service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle customer service support for assigned territory.
  • Process quotations for OEM customers and authorized distributors.
  • Manage sample orders, purchase orders, and backlog tracking.
  • Coordinate shipment status and delivery with manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and quality standards.
  • Process distributor programs including Ship & Debit and price protection.
  • Support sales forecasting coordination.
  • Provide phone and email support to customers and field sales.
  • Respond to customer documentation and compliance requests.
  • Provide backup support for other Customer Service Representatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in semiconductor environment.
  • Experience reporting sales, bookings, and backlog metrics preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.
  • High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with Asia-based teams outside standard hours when needed.


Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency)

The expected base salary range for this position in Pleasanton, California is $60,154–$77,000 per year, with actual compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role is aligned to Radford Job Code CS.CSMF.P2 at the P2 experienced individual contributor level and is positioned at approximately the 50th percentile of Bay Area semiconductor customer operations market data.

The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off, holidays, and sick leave in accordance with California law.
