Role Description

This is a hybrid Customer Service Representative role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, providing product or service details, handling customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer support and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Expertise in Customer Support, including the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client relationships
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for customers
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in customer relations is an advantage


Pay starting at $25 an hour reaching $40 at max with potential for equity and more.
