Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person
- Process orders, payments, returns, and customer accounts
- Provide accurate product and policy information
- Resolve customer concerns and initiate paint match requests
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and AR/Credit teams
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude
- Comfortable using computer systems (ERP/CRM experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred, not required—training provided
Schedule & Environment:
- Day shift
- Office‑based role with occasional walking and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
