Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support insurance-related inquiries. The role involves handling inbound calls and email communications, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email related to insurance services
- Provide updates on:
- Estimate and supplement processing status
- Payment status (rental, towing, property damage, etc.)
- Payment issuance and related queries
- Deductibles, rentals, towing, and total loss cases
- Analyze payment issues including voids and reissue requests
- Assist with stuck or pending estimates and supplements
- Guide customers on submission processes and documentation requirements
- Address queries related to unapproved supplements and explain next steps
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry
- Manage high-volume workloads efficiently while meeting service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service (insurance domain preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good data entry and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle high call/email volumes with accuracy
- Knowledge of auto insurance claims is an advantage
