Position Summary
The person in this role will work on our Customer Service team to maximize customer satisfaction by resolving all issues in a timely and professional manner by phone and email.
Job Responsibilities
· Accurately enter and manage customer orders
· Communicate with customers to resolve issues in a timely, professional manner; ensure appropriate resolution to any
outstanding order is completed
· Communicate with Account Executive regarding their customers' accounts
· Process and track RMAs
· Process Customer Credit Requests
· Escalate issues as needed

· Accuracy of Work measured by
o Return reasons and Credit trending
· Customer Satisfaction measured by
o customer complaints, corrective actions, customer surveys / supplier scorecard from our customers
· On Time Orders

Office Products
Required Education
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Starting pay is $20/hr.
