The purpose of this position is to� empower data-driven strategic decision making by turning large data� into actionable insights.� � Partnering with our data,� product,� and marketing functions, this role will manage the analysis and vision for our multi-million-dollar loyalty / personalized customer marketing efforts.� � This position will� build and manage the ability to target our guests with personalized� communications� and offers and to analyze the performance of those� offers.� � They will also� be responsible for� a more holistic view of loyalty program performance and the analysis of broader offer initiatives.� � This role is integral in driving forward our investment in a proprietary personalization function to improve both the infrastructure and individual audience targeting over 200 million consumers and households� containing� thousands of customer attributes.� � The position will� leverage� our� industry� leading platforms to� influence marketing strategy based on� advanced analytics and insights.
* This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday through Thursday� � �

RESPONSIBILITIES�
•� Customer Lifecycle Reporting and Analysis – manage the automated customer reporting platform and perform ad hoc analysis on a suite of KPI's, including customer lifecycle (New, Reactivated,� Retained, Churn) and strength of customer (Recency, Frequency, Monetary,� Clumpiness) segmentation methodologies�
• Loyalty Data Analysis – analyze loyalty and offer data to� optimize� and measure digital business performance� across a variety of standard business� reports and ad-hoc requests� regarding� specific loyalty or offer behavior�
•� Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide strategic recommendations on ways to� optimize� and refine promotional activity�

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS�
Minimum: 4 yr degree in� Analytics,� Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Quantitative� Economics� or� other relevant discipline� required�

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS�
•� 2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, R, python, and / or other advanced statistical techniques�
•� 2+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software�
•� 1+� years of experience� with marketing� analytics� and/or� customer analytics (loyalty and lifecycle concepts). Experience working with� marketing analytics� and/or� customer analytics in hospitality, travel, retail, or consulting environments�

• Experience with� Snowflake� database syntax and best practices�
• Advanced SQL� / Excel skills�
• Experience creating and� maintaining� routines and tasks to manipulate raw data� to� support automated dashboarding� in Tableau/PowerBI� or other business intelligence software�
• Experience working with test & control group design to measure campaign effectiveness with statistical� significance�
• Experience working with� multi-channel campaign� engagement� or marketing data sets�
