Accurately complete all orders while adhering to Dunkin's speed of service standards.
Serve high-quality food and beverages to each guest, ensuring consistency.
Provide guests with receipts and encourage them to share feedback about their visit.
Collaborate with your teammates to serve all guests quickly and effectively.
Maintain focus on guest needs while completing all assigned tasks with excellence.
Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness at your workstation and throughout the restaurant.
Describe and prepare featured products and beverages in line with current promotions.
Monitor and refresh products in the display case to align with Dunkin's merchandising standards.

Teamwork:

Engage in training sessions and learn alongside your manager to complete essential Dunkin' training.
Support the onboarding of new crew members by sharing tips and knowledge.
Foster a respectful and positive work environment by collaborating effectively with your team.
Be open to coaching and guidance to continuously improve your skills.
Arrive on time, ready to contribute your best to the team each shift.

Efficiency and Accuracy:

Accurately handle POS transactions and payments.
Follow Dunkin's uniform and grooming standards to represent our brand.
Clock in and out on schedule to support efficient operations.
Adhere to all company policies and processes to ensure a smooth workflow.
Prepare products according to Dunkin's quality and freshness standards.
