We are seeking a results‑driven Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across performance marketing, operations, and transformation. This role focuses on turning business strategy into structured programs that drive operational efficiency, technology modernization, and long‑term growth.
You will manage end‑to‑end program lifecycles while partnering with senior leaders across technology, operations, product, and marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital transformation, automation, and improving how organizations operate at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cross‑functional programs from strategic ideation through successful delivery
• Define program vision, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with executive leadership
• Lead and mentor senior project managers, ensuring risks are proactively managed and progress is clearly communicated
• Oversee product lifecycle management and implementation of enhancements aligned with business goals
• Drive alignment between product delivery initiatives and broader corporate strategy, including digital transformation and AI‑driven innovation
• Translate long‑term business strategies into clear milestones tied to revenue and market growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic partners
• Serve as a key point of contact for leadership updates and strategic briefings
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices in program and project management
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program or project management
• Experience managing end‑to‑end product or transformation initiatives in dynamic environments
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to turn strategy into execution
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast‑paced setting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with marketing operations, MarTech, or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Exposure to marketing automation or analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or innovation initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering strategic programs with measurable business impact
The salary range for this position is $54/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
