As aCreative Operations Manager,you’ll:

  • Work with the Director of Creative Operations to develop and implement operational plans to help ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You can see down the road and strategize solving problems before they become critical.

  • Be responsible forcreative project management from start to finish, including reviewing creative task requests from account teams, assigning theappropriate staff, developing project schedules, and estimating labor costs.

  • Manage workflows for multiple clients in various mediums, including digital, print, web, video, and motion graphics.

  • Work closely with the creative and account teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Negotiate due dates and timelines with internal clients as needed.

  • Identifyand manage risks and issues, ensuring any problems are quickly resolved.

  • Lead and mentor team members, set performance expectations, and provide feedback to improve team performance. Your reach in this goes beyond yourteams,you’recoaching everyone to their best work.

You’llneed:

  • 10+ years’ experience in creative operations, preferably within an agency environment.

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • At least 3 years prior experience managing people.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$89,649.00 - $152,404.00
