The firm's clients span a broad range of industries (tech, entertainment, renewable energy), and include such companies as Apple, Oracle, and Goldman Sachs, alongside emerging companies and startups.
The firm's unique structure creates an even distribution of work in the M&A space, buffering the high intensity spikes for which the practice is known. The desired candidate should have a strong background in corporate law, particularly M&A.
Counsel attorneys select their target billable hours (1200 to 1400+) and enjoy commensurate compensation. Comp DOE and target hours: $230k-$350k+.
