Position:Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Location: 2300 East 14th Street Suite 104 Tulsa, Ok 74104
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $27.00) commensurate with experience
Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.Work alongside PT's, PTA's, and OT's in a dynamic outpatient setting treating a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, neuro, vestibular and concussion care, pelvic health, hand therapy, ReVital, industrial services, FCEs, POETS, dry needling, and fall prevention.

Responsibilities
- Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
- High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- State COTA license (or license eligible)
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver’s license
