Ensures the effective control and monitoring of food and beverage costs by analyzing consumption, minimizing waste, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting profitability within the Food & Beverage and Accounting Departments.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a Food & Beverage Controller, Cost Controller, or Accounting Clerk in a larger hospitality operation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
