Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, PA is hiring a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support senior management in the development, evaluation, and execution of corporate strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for conducting research, financial and operational analysis, market assessments, and due diligence activities that inform executive decision-making. The analyst assists in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and, based on experience and demonstrated performance, may be assigned to tactical execution teams responsible for implementation following strategy approval.

Corporate Strategy Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Assist senior leadership in evaluating strategic opportunities aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments
  • Gather and analyze internal operational and financial data to support strategic recommendations
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership review

Strategy Development Support

  • Help identify risks, opportunities, and resource requirements associated with proposed strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to collect input and validate assumptions

Due Diligence & Evaluation

  • Track execution progress, KPIs, and escalate risks/variances
  • Participate in due diligence efforts for strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, or expansion opportunities
  • Analyze financial, operational, and organizational implications of proposed initiatives

Execution Support

  • Track milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators
  • Monitor execution progress and escalate risks or variances as needed

Tactical Execution Assignment (Based on Experience)

  • High-performing analysts may transition to tactical execution teams following due diligence completion
  • Support initiative deployment, process implementation, stakeholder coordination, and results measurement
  • Work directly with operational leaders to ensure strategic objectives are successfully executed

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field required
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, consulting, finance, or related analytical role required
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred
  • Exposure to project management methodologies preferred
  • Experience in due diligence, M&A support, or business transformation initiatives preferred

Safety Sensitive Position

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
