Position: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Primary Responsibilities
Duties related to Reception Coordinator as assigned.
- Coordinator Role Duties
- Assist in the development and promote improvements at reception & event coordination
- Assist in covering team members as required due to absences
- Work directly with other GWS members to assist with projects, events, tasks, and duties as needed, as well as response to issues
- Perform other duties as assigned; which may include various set-up, moving, clearing, clean-up and organizing, duties related to personnel changes, unexpected workplace scenarios or special events
- Report on any noticed issues during office walks
- Assist with moving and allocating seating assignments for offices and workstations.
- Shipping & Receiving Duties
- Assist in the development and promote improvements in S&R/Mail Services
- Conduct periodic self-audits of services to gauge performance
- Continuously work towards bringing new and exciting solutions to the table for GWS
- Monitoring ServiceNow tickets and respond accordingly
- Delivery of packages & mail throughout the tower
- Receptions Duties
- Greet, check in, and direct guests, vendors, and other building employees
- Answer phones, respond to emails, creating badges, security, miscellaneous administrative duties, etc
- Monitoring ServiceNow tickets and respond accordingly.
- Watch for and report security incidents and safety concerns
- Assist with reception and delivery of various items that arrive at the front desk including, but not limited to catering delivery and set up

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
- Understanding how to use Audio/Visual technology
- Understanding of Events and Meetings best practices
- Best practices for reception services knowledge
