Position: Corporate Paralegal

Location: West Palm Beach

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: 80-110k depending on experience

Position Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will provide critical support to the legal department by managing commercial contracts, entity documentation, and compliance processes. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, facilitates contract execution, and collaborates with internal teams across multiple business lines. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including NDAs and PSAs, using pre-approved templates
  • Oversee contract execution processes, including tracking, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage entity documentation and support KYC submissions and compliance requirements
  • Maintain organized legal files and tracking systems, including Excel-based reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple business lines to support contract and legal needs
  • Communicate with senior leadership regarding contract status, updates, and requirements
  • Attend meetings related to operational and contractual matters, providing administrative and legal support
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and take initiative in supporting legal operations

Required Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field
  • 5+ years of corporate paralegal and/or contract management experience
  • Strong experience handling commercial contracts and legal documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general document management systems

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Paralegal certification highly preferred
  • Experience working with KYC processes and entity management
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or corporate environments
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field required
