Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and attend seminars, webinars, educational classes, and client appreciation events throughout the Fort Worth area
Lead and manage the events team to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand standards
Confirm and schedule event attendees using approved call scripts and follow up processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise before, during, and after events
Drive conversion of event attendees into scheduled prospective client appointments
Engage attendees in meaningful conversations and build rapport quickly and professionally
Process post event evaluation forms and accurately input data into the CRM system
Schedule qualified attendees for complimentary consultations with advisors
Track and report weekly KPIs using spreadsheets and internal reporting tools
Manage a high-volume calendar of more than 150 events annually
Maintain availability for Tuesday and Thursday evening events, Friday afternoon events, and two to three weekends per year
Photograph events using an iPhone and maintain organized photo records
Create and post event promotions on social media platforms and track performance metrics
Publish event photos and engagement highlights across social media channels

Job Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in event planning or event management
Formal or practical training or experience in marketing and sales strategies
Availability to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings for scheduled events

Prior experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated success as an event specialist or similar leadership role
