An AMLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate to join its globally ranked Mergers & Acquisitions team in its Washington, D.C. or Richmond, Virginia office. Ideal candidates will primarily have 2 to 7 years of experience in private merger and acquisition transactions, public mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance matters.
