The Opportunity

Our client, a highly respected law firm with a dynamic Palo Alto office, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with Emerging Growth & Venture Capital experience. In this role, you will work closely with a Partner, who is truly an industry leader, advising cutting-edge companies across their full lifecycle—from early-stage formation to high-stakes financings and strategic exits.

What You’ll Do

• Support the leading Partner with drafting and negotiating term sheets and engagement letters
• Advise emerging growth companies and venture-backed businesses
• Support venture financings, M&A transactions, and capital markets activities
• Contribute to complex corporate and securities matters in fast-paced, high-growth industries

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Proven experience in Corporate law (4+ years, ideally)
• Exposure to emerging growth and venture capital is a large plus
• Active California bar license and residency in California (required)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment
