Corporate Associate (M&A) – 3-6 Years | Atlanta, GA
Bright Line Counsel is seeking a 3-6 years Corporate Associate to support a Business Group with a busy practice focused on M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of M&A experience (diligence, drafting/negotiation, managing closings)
• Strong foundation in general corporate law, including entity formation and governance
• Experience with joint ventures or commercial contracts is a plus
• AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred
• Must be admitted to practice in Georgia, eligible to waive admission to the Georgia Bar or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam
