Responsible forProxy Teamsprocessingofcustody clients Voting.The Proxy Teamensures distributionofmeeting notificationthrough Vote Confirmation for all Clients holdings.This will includemonitoringofvotesubmission,confirmation of voting,meetingdocumentationand Client inquiries.Focus willmainly bearoundprocessingClients Power of Attorney documents, monitoring vendor meeting creation and voting are completed accurately and timely.An idealcandidate has experienceand understands all aspects of Proxy Votingandcanutilizeinternal SSB and external relationships to troubleshoot instruction related issues.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
B.S. degree in accounting or Finance preferred
Shareholder/ProxyVotingmechanicsunderstanding preferred

Experience around custody/accounting systems preferred
Strong written and verbal communication ability
Salary Range:
$41,600 - $66,560 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
