Estate Planning Coordinator

Location: Clifton, New Jersey (In-Office)

Compensation: $70,000 base salary + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Estate Planning Coordinator to join our growing estate planning practice. This is a client-facing, in-office role ideal for someone with a genuine interest in law who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.

The Estate Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing and conducting all estate plan signing ceremonies—from preparation through completion—while serving as a key point of contact for our estate planning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct estate plan signing ceremonies for clients
  • Confirm client attendance and manage scheduling logistics
  • Prepare and organize printed estate planning documents and signing folders
  • Ensure each signing ceremony is professional, smooth, and welcoming
  • Coordinate and secure witnesses for signing ceremonies
  • Guide clients through the signing process with confidence and care
  • Collect positive client reviews at the conclusion of matters
  • Assist with additional estate planning–related client service tasks as needed
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in law and client service (prior legal experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working directly with clients in a formal setting
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Must be able to work in-office at our Clifton, NJ office
