Ready to level up? As a Cook 2, you’ll independently manage high-skill stations while mentoring entry-level cooks and maintaining consistency during service.
This role is ideal for cooks who are confident on the line and ready for more responsibility.

🔪What You’ll Do
Execute grilled proteins, sautéed dishes, and cold pantry items to specification
Train and mentor Cook 1 team members
Assist with prep list creation and maintain par levels
Communicate product or equipment concerns to leadership
Maintain consistency under moderate service pressure
✨What We’re Looking For
Advanced knife skills and butchery basics
Ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently
Competency with sauces, reductions, and composed dishes
Understanding of seasonal menu changes and daily specials
Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
