Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Controller to oversee and manage critical financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cash, invoicing, budget vs. actual, and payroll reporting are completed efficiently. This role includes managing budgeting and forecasting processes, overseeing capital expenditures, and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

Ensure cash, invoicing, budget vs. actual, and payroll reporting is completed as required.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide oversight of capital expenditures.
Oversee and report on cash collections, including credit authorization.
Responsible for cash flow reporting.
Oversee and complete month-end reporting.
Responsible for financial reporting.
Oversee A/R and A/P processing.
Perform year-end preparation and processing for annual financial audit and R&D tax credit.
Responsible for weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and information processing for management reports.
Maintain internal controls.
Responsible for risk management.
Attend and actively participate in meetings as required.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an accounting position.
Experience with cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred.
CPA preferred.

Work Environment

This position requires working 100% onsite from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering some flexibility. The team consists of three individuals who report directly to this role, and daily huddles are part of the routine.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Schofield, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
