We are searching for a talented and strategic finance and accounting leader for one of our top clients experiencing tremendous growth.

Working closely with the CFO, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, managing both a team and individual responsibilities, which will require an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to implement and execute innovative changes to the finance team. This person will be involved with strategic M&A activities, providing insight and direction on market trends, key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities – delivering actionable insights that support critical decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of strategic finance and accounting leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on preparing financial statements and details reports
• Experience in change management and introducing innovative internal controls and initiatives
• The ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize resources to drive consistent growth
• Tech savvy with an understanding of ERP systems
• BS Degree in Accounting
• CPA strongly preferred
