Own the Financial Engine – Responsibilities:
- Run the full accounting function: GL, AP/AR, payroll, reporting
- Lead a clean, efficient month-end close
- Ensure accurate WIP reporting across projects
- Maintain strong controls and GAAP compliance
- Drive Cash + Capital Strategy
- Own cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Build and manage forecasts, budgets, and scenario models
- Translate numbers into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Lead Treasury + Banking
- Be the go-to for all things cash and capital
- Own relationships with banks and lenders
- Manage borrowing base reporting, covenants, and credit facilities
- Position the business to access capital and scale confidently

What You’ll Bring – Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (with leadership)
- Strong command of cash flow, forecasting, and capital strategy
- Experience working with banks, lenders, and credit facilities
- Comfort with borrowing base reporting + covenant compliance
- Ability to operate strategically and in the weeds
- Construction or project-based experience = a big plus
- CPA license highly preferred
