You’ll step in as the financial quarterback of the business, owning everything from accounting to cash strategy to capital relationships. You’ll sit at the table with leadership, influence real decisions, and help scale a company that’s already gaining serious momentum.

Own the Financial Engine – Responsibilities:

  • Run the full accounting function: GL, AP/AR, payroll, reporting
  • Lead a clean, efficient month-end close
  • Ensure accurate WIP reporting across projects
  • Maintain strong controls and GAAP compliance
  • Drive Cash + Capital Strategy
  • Own cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
  • Build and manage forecasts, budgets, and scenario models
  • Translate numbers into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Lead Treasury + Banking
  • Be the go-to for all things cash and capital
  • Own relationships with banks and lenders
  • Manage borrowing base reporting, covenants, and credit facilities
  • Position the business to access capital and scale confidently

What You’ll Bring – Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (with leadership)
  • Strong command of cash flow, forecasting, and capital strategy
  • Experience working with banks, lenders, and credit facilities
  • Comfort with borrowing base reporting + covenant compliance
  • Ability to operate strategically and in the weeds
  • Construction or project-based experience = a big plus
  • CPA license highly preferred
