Controller: 3 month contract position
In office: Monday to Friday
Job Title: Controller - 3 month contract
Location: Arvada, CO (In-office)
Salary: $120k+ (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and implement accounting policies and internal controls to minimize risk.
Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, reporting variances to management.
Provide financial analysis on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
File quarterly and annual reports with the SEC.
Perform other financial duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (required).
10+ years of related accounting experience.
CPA or CMA certification (preferred).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software, tax preparation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Arvada, CO.
