Job Title: Contract and Proposal Specialist

Compensation: $70,000 annually (Direct Hire)

Job Description:
The Contract and Proposal Specialist will support the preparation, coordination, and administration of proposals and contractual agreements. This role works cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all documentation related to bids and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in procurement, contracting, or proposal development.
Experience with government contracts and public sector procurement strongly preferred.
Proven ability to draft and manage complex contracts, solicitations, and technical documentation.
Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
