Job Description

Reliance Jio Infocomm USA, Inc. is hiring a Contract Manager to support day-to-day legal operations. This is an execution-focused role responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, maintaining legal templates and records, supporting corporate governance activities, and coordinating with external counsel. The role works under the direction of the General Counsel and supports multiple business functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contracts: [70%]
  • Draft, review, redline, and finalize standard agreements (NDAs, Services agreements, Distribution Agreements, Customer Letters etc.).
  • Manage contracts end-to-end using approved templates, i.e. from request intake through execution and storage.
  • Maintain and update standard contract templates and clause libraries
  • Track contract status, versions, and execution records in shared systems.
  • Maintain contract database and make/implement approved recommendations


  1. Internal Support [15%]
  • Maintain organized legal records and documentation systems.
  • Conduct legal research as needed or requested.
  • Prepare short summaries or memos for internal use.
  • Provide basic legal support to teams such as HR, Finance, Tax, and Operations.
  • Assist attorneys with disputes, due diligence, and other legal tasks as assigned.


  1. Corporate Governance & Compliance [10%]
  • Maintain corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and entity documents.
  • Track compliance requirements and assist with internal reporting and documentation.


  1. External Counsel & IP Coordination [5%]
  • Coordinate with external counsel for patent and trademark matters, including new filings and maintenance of existing IP.
  • Track deadlines, documentation, and correspondence related to IP matters.
  • Route internal requests to outside counsel and follow through to completion.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting cross-border company operations (U.S. and India preferred)
  • Experience supporting direct and indirect global sales opportunities
  • Basic familiarity with Intellectual Property Rights
  • Basic familiarity with technology, telecom, or infrastructure businesses
  • Exposure to corporate governance documentation and filings
